Comics and Collectibles of Pickens is a proud sponsor of the  Georgia Mountains Charity Comic Con which will be held at the Chattahoochee Tech Conference Center, located at 100 Campus Dr, Jasper Ga.  30143.  The event will take place on Oct 23-24 from 4:00 p.m. till 10 p.m.  Saturday hours will be 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.  Join in the fun with lots of great speakers and panels, loads of merchandise from vendors who love comics as much as  you, and fantastic food options to satisfy your taste buds.  Come in costume and be a kid again!  Family fun for all ages.

free comic book day

May 3rd was a busy day bustling with activity from the moment the doors opened until we turned out the light at 8 p.m.  More than 100 guests enjoyed the fun with Pikachu and the rest of us in our “super hero costumes”!  Free comics and hot dogs a plenty were handed out and many took advantage of our $1.29 special on comics.  A big congrats to our door prize winners, Chantelle Chalk with a $25 gift card and to John Williams winning the $27 value Venom Comic Book.
